MVP® Balance System - MVP® balance system is a modular balance system with 4 different non-skid platforms available and 5 different color-coded instability balls to choose from. The platform stability can be altered creating various difficulty levels. The MVP® balance system is perfect for balance, coordination, ankle, and knee strengthening and rehabilitation, ankle range-of-motion and flexibility, core stability, improved posture, and proprioceptive training. Each board can be used either as a wobble board if 1 ball is inserted into the center position or rocker board if 2 balls are inserted into opposing side positions. One ball can also be positioned off-center to aid in ROM and stretching activities. The smaller instability balls offer the least instability and the larger instability balls offer the greatest instability. Larger platforms can limit instability. Individual components available independently or available in kits with or without wall hang storage racks. Color-coded Instability balls also for use with CanDo® Multi-Axial Positioning System

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

We understand this may impact our ability to serve customers, and we are happy to accommodate any affected customers reasonably.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

• Deliveries to PO boxes must ship via USPS and may take additional time to deliver.
• We do our best to collect and post the necessary funds required for shipping an item.
