Comfort Cool® Thumb CMC Restriction Splint

Provides direct support for the thumb CMC joint while allowing full finger function. Patented contoured neoprene strap wraps around the thumb CMC joint and the first metacarpal for direct CMC joint support. Specifically designed for osteoarthritis and medial subluxation of the thumb CMC joint. Reinforced stitching allows the splint to be trimmed below the thumb MP joint if desired. Provides gentle compression that helps relieve thumb discomfort associated with CMC joint arthritis and/or instability, tendinitis or repetitive motion. Made of thin, 1/16" (1.6mm) perforated neoprene with a terry cloth liner that helps keep skin cool and comfortable. Plus sizes are a half size bigger in the hand and a full size larger in thumb circumference to accommodate enlarged thumb conditions. Not made with natural rubber latex. Anti-microbial. Most items for sale on our website are in stock. Generally, most items ship within 1-2 business days. Some items may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days. As always, refer to checkout for the most accurate shipping information on a product.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

• Deliveries to PO boxes must ship via USPS and may take additional time to deliver.
• We do our best to collect and post the necessary funds required for shipping an item.
