Push MetaGrip Thumb Brace - The Push MetaGrip provides a custom fit contoured to your hand for comfortable, all-day, pain-free wear. Stabilize your thumb CMC joint with the Push MetaGrip so you can perform pinching and gripping motions with ease. By squeezing the brace's embedded, contoured metal form you create a custom fit. The brace can be worn under a glove, resists abrasion and does not impede the movement of other joints. Latex-free, waterproof, and able to withstand heat, the brace is durable enough to be machine-washed on the gentle cycle and can be worn during a wide variety of activities.

IMPORTANT: If you have thumb CMC osteoarthritis that has progressed to significant subluxation (a large bony bump at the base of your thumb), the MetaGrip will not be able to fit properly. Additionally, normal thumb muscle mass is required for ideal fit and function, so those lacking normal thumb muscle bulk may experience inadequate stabilization.

How to Size the Push MetaGrip

Application Information:

1. How to Fit the Push MetaGrip
2. To ensure you choose the correct size for your Push MetaGrip, please watch our video on how to measure.
3. Before putting on the Push MetaGrip for the first time, gently bend the metal insert SLIGHTLY outward so the thumb area is somewhat larger.
4. Open the straps.
5. Slide your fingers and thumb into the brace and push the brace as far down on your thumb as possible.
6. Gently, but firmly, close the straps; do NOT pull them tightly. (See Figure 1.)
7. Touch your thumb tip to your index fingertip, making a gentle "O" shape, but BE SURE your thumb muscles are relaxed, and the thumb joints are slightly flexed. (See Figure 2.)
8. Check that your thumb is not too far across your palm or too far out of your palm, but in a mid-position.
9. With your thumb in the mid-position and relaxed, squeeze the metal insert firmly so it snuggly fits around the muscles of your thumb. (See Figure 3.)

To size, measure MP circumference, just below the knuckles.
X-Small (Size 0) - 5-7/8 - 6-7/8" (15-17.5cm)
Small (Size 1) - 6-7/8 - 7-3/4" (17.5-19.5cm)
Medium (Size 2) - 7-3/4 - 8-7/8" (19.5-22.5cm)
Large (Size 3) - 8-7/8 - 10-5/8" (22.5-27cm)

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
