Corflex Disc Unloader Spinal Orthosis - Designed by a leading physiatrist, the Disc Unloader provides relief from chronic or acute back pain by unloading pressure off the lumbar disc and shifting the load to the abdominal region. This brace is designed with comfort in mind. Made from a breathable lightweight fabric, the modular design of this versatile spinal orthosis allows it to be used throughout the continuum of care to provide stability and support without interfering with daily activities. Indications: Indicated for chronic or acute low back pain, discogenic disc disease, post-surgical application, strains/sprains to lumbar muscles/ligaments and postural support

Application:

1. Release Hook and Loop closures, open orthosis and lay flat.
2. Note: rigid inserts may be removed from pockets, heat molded to specifications and reinserted or it may be used without inserts.
3. Place anterior (low profile) panel on center of the abdomen, making sure loop portion is facing outward and the curve is facing down.
4. Place posterior panel on center of the back, making sure Corflex logo and elastic double-pulls are faces outward.
5. Grasp both ends of the posterior panel, bring forward, and attach to loop on the anterior panel.
6. Grasp both ends of elastic double-pull, pull one side across and attach onto loop area on the opposite side of the posterior panel, pull the other side across and attach to loop area on opposite double-pull.
7. Adjust to desired tension, making sure not to overtighten.

Care & Cleaning: Remove any plastic inserts if possible. Close all contact closures.Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. The product should be air-dried. Do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
