The Contender™ Post-Op Knee Brace features a simple adjustment system to minimize fit time after surgery, and at 27oz., it's one of the lightest brace on the market. The X-Flex™ Cuff System flexes to hug the leg, significantly reducing brace migration. QuikZip™ Buckles allow for easy application and micro adjustment of the strap for a secure fit. The ZipTrak Telescoping System adjusts brace length from 18"-27" in 1/8" increments and also allows adjustment of intermediate cuffs to help avoid incision sites. The hinge features a six position drop lock that fixes the brace from -10° to 40° in 10° increments. Controlled range of motion is available from -10° to 110° and is easily set using flexion and extension finger touch buttons. **READ ALL DISCLAIMERS BELOW**

Application: Application Instructions

Cleaning & Care: Remove cuff pads or liner from uprights. Straps, liners and cuffs should be hand washed only using warm water and detergent for delicate fabrics, repeatedly rinsed and line dried only. Do not use bleach or place in a dryer. Uprights and X-Flex Cuffs can be wiped using warm water and a mild disinfectant. Do not immerse brace in liquids.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
