1. Wear brace over sock.
2. Pull brace firmly on to foot.
3. Lace to top and then retighten for a tight, comfortable fit.
4. Pull stirrup straps straight up and secure.
5. Wrap inside strap in front of ankle and secure on opposite side of ankle.
6. Repeat previous step with outside strap.
