- Store in freezer after use.
- Microwave covered pack on high (100 Percent power) for 30 seconds.
- Microwave pack for additional 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
- Apply to injured area.
- Time it (alternating 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off.)

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.
