Directions
Place the Roller Ice Bullet in the freezer or in hot water and experience the benefits of cold or hot trigger point massage for with the bullet or wider ranges with the ball roller. Holds temperature with a frozen or heated liquid reservoir and then transfers this temperature to the stainless steel massage bullet. Stays cold for up to one hour! The stainless steel bullet provides effective deep muscle massage and a great feel for the therapist in locating trigger points.
