SkiL-Care Crash Pad™ - This unique "Crash Pad™" was developed primarily for young adults to serve as a fall pad whether for exercises or learning appropriate responses to falling. In many situations, children with developmental delay or sensory integration disorder need to learn the appropriate falling procedures. Associated with a primitive reflex called the Moro Reflex. **PLEASE READ ALL DISCLAIMERS BELOW**

Easy To Use
To economize on shipping costs the Crash Pads are compressed prior to shipping. When they are opened they generally will return to about 80% of their full volume in about 8 hours and will be fully expanded after three days. Although the nylon outer covering can be easily cleaned, it is impractical to remove the foam if it is desired to launder the cover. It is strongly suggested that an optional cover that fits over the inner cover be used. These optional covers come in two fabrics, Cozy Cloth, and Nylon, and can be easily removed for laundering.

Caution
Although the nylon cover is flame-retardant, the foam pieces are free of flame retardant properties.

When the pad is resting there is a quantity of entrapped air and when you jump on the pad there is a slight bounce effect. If an additional outer cover is used, it is critical to align the vent holes by lining up the red webbing to allow the air to escape more easily to minimize this "bounce effect". Do not use this crash pad within 5 feet of a wall. Since jumping, flipping or bouncing involves some risk, it is mandatory that these Crash Pads be used with a trained professional in attendance.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
