EXO converts moisture into heat, working to provide increased muscle temperature and blood flow to aid in recovery. This is effective in the management of pain and injuries to soft tissue. Instructions: Open straps with logo tab at the top. Insert arm, pulling the wrap above the elbow. Affix top fastener firmly and comfortably around upper arm. Repeat with bottom strap around lower arm.
