Coloplast Assura® Original 2-Piece Urostomy Pouch- Assura 2-piece urostomy pouch features a mechanical coupling with extra reassurance 

• The pouch is attached securely to the barrier by a mechanical coupling system. An audible ‘click’ confirms that the pouch is locked securely to the barrier. 
• Before the pouch is locked into position, it can be rotated into the desired position to accommodate your body's position (standing, lying down, emptying) without having to remove the pouch from the barrier. The mechanical coupling can also be repositioned to enable easy handling whether you're left- or right-handed. 
• The pouch can be removed separately from the spiral adhesive barrier, allowing the pouch to be changed more frequently than the adhesive barrier. 

Assura 2-piece urostomy is available with standard or extended wear adhesive barriers. The full range of barriers includes flat, convex light, and convex barriers, available pre-cut (already cut to size) or "cut-to-fit" (meaning they can be cut to achieve a custom fit). The full line includes transparent and opaque pouches, which correspond to the Assura AC and SenSura Flex barriers based on a color-coded coupling system. Thus, a barrier with a "red" coupling size must be matched to a "red" pouch. 

Spiral adhesive, for security and skin-friendliness 

The Assura spiral adhesive is a combination of materials designed for security and protection in a spiral structure, for: 

• Secure adherence to your skin 
• Absorption of moisture from your skin - providing skin-friendliness and protection from irritation 

Assura extended wear adhesive offers extra protection against aggressive output. It is especially suitable for people with a urostomy, which tends to have more aggressive output that can breaks down standard adhesives more quickly. 

A comfortable and discreet pouch 

Assura 2-piece urostomy has a range of features designed to offer comfort and discretion:

• Secure and easy-to-use outlet - soft plastic outlet is easy to handle, and design of the pouch ensures there is no residual urine left in the pouch after emptying 
• Anti-reflux valve - prevents the urine from washing over the stoma, reducing the risk of urinary infections. 

Convexity, for stomas that are difficult to manage 

Assura 2-piece urostomy is available with two different levels of convexity, designed to accommodate a stoma that is difficult to manage. A round shell creates pressure on the skin surrounding the stoma to reduce the risk of leakage by allowing the stoma to protrude above the skin.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Some products that are bulky or ship on-demand may not be eligible for Free Shipping and may have additional processing times. See checkout for shipping information and processing times.  
• Deliveries to PO boxes must ship via USPS and may take additional time to deliver.
• We do our best to collect and post the necessary funds required for shipping an item.
