Coloplast Assura® Convex Light 1-Piece Closed Pouch

Coloplast Assura® Convex Light 1-Piece Closed Pouch- With Assura 1-piece closed, the adhesive barrier is permanently attached to the pouch. To change the pouch, the whole appliance is removed and replaced at once. Assura 1-piece closed appliances are available with flat or convex light barriers. The full line includes transparent and opaque pouches with barriers that are pre-cut (already cut to size) or "cut-to-fit" (meaning they can be cut to achieve a custom fit).

The Assura spiral adhesive is a combination of materials designed for security and protection in a spiral structure, for:

• Absorption of moisture from your skin - providing skin-friendliness and protection from irritation

A comfortable and discreet pouch Assura 1-piece closed has a range of features designed to offer comfort and discretion:

• Efficient filter - the integrated three-layer filter neutralizes odor and avoids the risk of the pouch "ballooning," causing unnecessary bulges
• Soft backing fabric - strong and water-repellent, allowing for easy drying after a shower or a dip in the pool
• Body-friendly shape - the shape of the pouch is anatomically designed, making it discreet and comfortable to wear

Convexity for stomas that are difficult to manage
Assura 1-piece closed is available with two different levels of convexity designed to help a stoma that is difficult to manage, for example a stoma that is flush, retracted, or located in a skin fold. It applies pressure on the peristomal skin to reduce the risk of leakage by allowing the stoma to protrude.
Convex light:
A solution for flush or slightly retracted stomas, providing extra security through light and delicate pressure on the abdomen.
Convex:
A solution for retracted stomas and deep skin folds and scars, providing extra security through moderate to high pressure on the abdomen.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Some products that are bulky or ship on-demand may not be eligible for Free Shipping and may have additional processing times. See checkout for shipping information and processing times.  
• Deliveries to PO boxes must ship via USPS and may take additional time to deliver.
• We do our best to collect and post the necessary funds required for shipping an item. However, there may be instances where we may not have collected these funds due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we make every effort to collaborate with our customers to identify a feasible solution for large or bulky orders that incur high shipping costs.
