Directions: Pull on each sleeve gently and make sure the moisture zone covers the heel area. Wear sleeves at least three times per week while you rest. (We do not recommend wearing the product in footwear.) After several uses, your heels should be softer and have fewer cracks. Moisturizing properties of Visco-GEL may last up to three months.
Cleaning & Care: Washable and reusable. Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse. If gel become tacky, sprinkle with talcum powder. Store in a cool place when not in use.
