CanDo SoftGrip Hand Weight

CanDo SoftGrip Hand Weight- Use the comfortable CanDo SoftGrip hand weights instead of dumbbells. The product was developed by a patient during a physical therapy session. She was having difficulty grasping the 2 pound dumbbell prescribed to her as her hand was too big. She wanted something that would conform to her grasp, be comfortable, and unintimidating. SoftGrip hand weights are also great for light workouts and for the arthritic patient. The SoftGrip is soft but not floppy, color-coded to indicate weight, and has a grommet hole for storage on hooks. Available individual or in pairs.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
