Coloplast SenSura® Click Magnum Pouch- For extra high capacity SenSura Click Magnum combines the unique SenSura double-layer adhesive with a two-piece pouch designed to accommodate the need for extra capacity. It offers a high volume solution for post-operative use and for people with an ileostomy.

• Option of connecting to a night bag, reducing the risk of blockage to support an undisturbed night's’ sleep.

SenSura Click Magnum is available with SenSura (standard wear) and SenSura Xpro (extended wear) adhesive barriers. The full range of barriers includes flat and convex light barriers, available pre-cut (already cut to size) or "cut-to-fit" (meaning they can be cut to achieve a custom fit). The full line includes transparent and opaque pouches, which correspond to the SenSura Click barriers based on a color-coded coupling system. Thus, a barrier with a "blue" coupling size must be matched to a "blue" pouch.
SenSura double-layer adhesive, for security and skin care
The unique SenSura adhesive has two layers, designed to deliver the security needed to live every day with confidence:

• Protection layer - protects the skin from stoma output
• Skin care layer - keeps skin healthy by absorbing excess moisture

SenSura Xpro adhesive offers extra protection against aggressive output. It is especially suitable for people with a urostomy, which tends to have more aggressive output that can breaks down standard adhesives more quickly.
Convex light, for stomas that are difficult to manage
SenSura barriers are available in convex light. The oval shape of the convex light barrier is designed to help a stoma that is difficult to manage:for example, a stoma that is flush, retracted, or located in a skin fold. It applies light and delicate pressure on the peristomal skin to reduce the risk of leakage by allowing the stoma to protrude. Ask your ostomy nurse for more information about convex light.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Some products that are bulky or ship on-demand may not be eligible for Free Shipping and may have additional processing times. See checkout for shipping information and processing times.  
• Deliveries to PO boxes must ship via USPS and may take additional time to deliver.
• We do our best to collect and post the necessary funds required for shipping an item. However, there may be instances where we may not have collected these funds due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we make every effort to collaborate with our customers to identify a feasible solution for large or bulky orders that incur high shipping costs.
