CORFLEX COOLTEX™ AG HYBRID KNEE WITH ROM HINGE- The CoolTex Ag hinged knee brace offers comfortable support with the added convenience of easy application. Brace features bilateral range of motion hinges delivering full flexion and extension control with settings at nine ROM options. Top finger loops allow for simple pull-on application and adjustment during wear while the release tabs on the hook closure aid in brace removal. Unique hybrid design features an extended wrap-style closure on the top of the thigh to allow greater adjustability in fit while the lower calf section utilizes a closed sleeve for improved compression. Open patella design offers stability and includes our adjustable Cor-Trak buttress for added tracking control. The brace is manufactured from CoolTex Ag fabric to allow for easy flow of air, transfer of moisture and antimicrobial protection. Lightweight and breathable material allows for greater comfort during extended wear. Available in 13” and 16” lengths in eight sizes from XS through 4XL.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
