CanDo Hand Therapy Blocks- CanDo Hand Therapy Blocks are designed to help diagnose and treat individuals who suffer from ailments that affect the hands. Ideal for those recovering from an injury or surgery or have arthritis or carpal tunnel. These colorful and soft foam blocks can be used in a variety of positions to exercise your hands and fingers. The open-cell foam slowly recovers after squeezing. Perfect for being pinched, squeezed, twisted, and manipulated. By working your fingers, forearms, hands, and joints, it can improve grip strength as well as relieve stiffness and joint pain. These hand therapy blocks come in four color-coded resistance levels: Extra-Soft (Yellow), Soft (Pink), Medium (Blue), and Firm (Green).
