Fabrifoam Achilles Healer™ - has an easy “step in” design that provides adjustable compression and support; ideal for geriatric patients. Made from Fabrifoam™, which is non-latex, non-migratory, breathable and wicks away perspiration. Reduces stress on Achilles tendon while encouraging faster heel rise. Duel functioning, lightweight device made of ProWrap allows for adjustable compression. Worn directly against skin and inside most footwear. Provides immediate relief from foot pain. Left or Right option.

Indications: provides adjustable compression and support; ideal for geriatric patients. Reduces stress on Achilles tendon while encouraging faster heel rise. Recommended for sprains, strains, minor fractures, post-operative alignment. May be used for preventive care. An excellent alternative to sticky tapes.

Care & Cleaning: Rinsing is recommended after each use and is designed for repeated use. It eliminates the discomfort and irritation of tapes and/or adhesives. Hand wash & Air dry.

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Some products that are bulky or ship on-demand may not be eligible for Free Shipping and may have additional processing times. See checkout for shipping information and processing times.  
• Deliveries to PO boxes must ship via USPS and may take additional time to deliver.
• We do our best to collect and post the necessary funds required for shipping an item. However, there may be instances where we may not have collected these funds due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we make every effort to collaborate with our customers to identify a feasible solution for large or bulky orders that incur high shipping costs. If additional funds need to be collected, a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you directly via email or phone.
